License Key Questions
Where Do I Find My License Key?
Your Secret Download Link was sent from Email Address: Support@ViralSubmitterPro.com, with the Subject Line “Viral Submitter Pro License”. If you did not receive it within the first 24 hours of purchase, please check your junk folders and add our email address to your safe list.
How Many Licenses Do I Get?
For each purchase you will receive 2 Licenses that are tied to your purchase email. You will only receive 1 key code, which will allow up to a maximum of two installations. NOTE- You must use your purchase email to validate your license keys.

How do I update my software?
There will be an internal option to upgrade your software for FREE to the newest version as we release updates to Viral Submitter Pro.
Is There a Monthly Cost For Viral Submitter Pro?
No, there are no mandatory additional monthly charges for using Viral Submitter Pro. However, we may offer premium “add-on” features, applications, or services that may require a monthly subscription to join or participate. Your participation will have no effect on the basic functions of Viral Submitter Pro and product upgrades.
Are There Any Additional Costs To Use Viral Submitter Pro?
Our Decaptcha Module Requires you setup an account with www.Decaptcher.com. Several “behind the scenes” functions make this module Mandatory and we require you use a www.Decaptcher.com account for this. Don’t worry though, it won’t cost you an arm and a leg. For $10 USD you’ll receive 5,000 credits. That’s a LOT of submissions. We have no affiliation or affiliate relationship, so we are not financially benefiting from this relationship at all.
How many accounts can I upload to simultaneously?
Viral Submitter Pro is a desktop based solution, so you will be able to upload one piece of content to one submission site at a time. Upload times depend on your internet connection and the size of the file being uploaded. You can monitor the upload in the status window within the software.
Can I save different profiles for different accounts?
At this time, the only way to save different profiles, is to create multiple email accounts and use the Auto Registration feature. We do plan on adding the ability to create and use multiple profiles from within the Viral Submitter Pro software in future upgrades.
Why Don’t I see my BetaNews and ClickPress Posts?
These Press Release sites to not show your posts to you, and will be found via search once approved by the site.in future upgrades
Can I use HTML code for creating hyperlinks in my Press Releases and Articles?
Yes you may, but remember that some sites will remove or strip the code from your post so it may not appear on all sites.
What do I do if Uploading or Auto Registration appears to stop without completion?
Some sites may have functionality issues from time to time causing an error. Usually this is not a site issue, but server load has been exceeded on Decaptcher.com’s site and can be monitored by logging into your account there. We recommend you cancel and restart, or simply quit and reset Viral Submitter Pro. If the problem reoccurs wait a few minutes and try again.
We are currently working on the ability to select or skip specific sites for Auto Registration and Uploading. To skip a site for upload, just remove the user name and password and hit save; Viral Submitter Pro will skip that site for uploading. Auto Registration is based off of input email address and if a site is already registered with that email account it will pre-populate your current login information rather then create a new account with that email address.
What is the status window used for?
The Status window is there to show you the progress of the software and provide you with information as to what Viral Submitter Pro is currently doing.

How Does Auto Registration Work?
We recommend you create a new Gmail account for use with your Viral Submitter Pro software. To begin your auto registration for some of the included sites within the software, enter your desired email account that you’d prefer to use and desired password. Once you hit Register, the software will go and create accounts for several of the included auto registration capable websites and automatically input the user name and password into the fields for you.
What Email do I use for Auto Registration?
You can use any email you prefer, but we recommend a shiny new Gmail account. This makes it easier for you to setup your YouTube Account, since they prefer you to use one.
Is Auto Registration completely automatic?
The Answer is Yes and No.
The Yes – For certain sites Viral Submitter Pro will automatically register, input your log-in details into the software and then you’re good to go. No Questions Asked.
The No – For some sites, Viral Submitter Pro will automatically register, input your log-in details into the software, but the website will require you to verify that you are a human asking to setup these accounts by clicking a link in your email account.
SPAM Prevention – Viral Submitter Pro was designed as a legitimate content uploader, not a SPAM Tool. To keep on the good side of sites like YouTube, Digg, MySpace, and Facebook you must either use your own log-in, or manually create a new one. Additionally, as we add in new content sites we will release the functional site first and then release an update as we add in the auto registration function for that site.
Why doesn’t the Auto Registration work for every site?
Certain websites do not allow this function, and some are not included to prevent Viral Submitter Pro from becoming a Spam tool. It was designed for legitimate content uploading.
If a new site has just been added, it is likely that the next update will include auto registration to that new website. We release updates for uploading first, and then the Auto Registration feature for that site.
